About Dhavindha

Dhavindha Suidhveld is a certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Biohacker, Alchemist, Nutritionist and Shamanic Practitioner. He trained at the Academy Healing Nutrition in 2021, studying Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, macrobiotics and herbal medicine.

His own transformation — losing 45kg, reversing high blood pressure and cholesterol, and overcoming alcohol dependency — was the catalyst for a deep dive into TCM and tonic herbs. The Healing Vitality Elixir was born from that journey, and Chinese herbs remain central to his daily practice.
